WEEK 14 RECAP

In an eventful Week 14, the Lions edged out the Packers 34-31, with Jayden Reed’s inconsistency affecting fantasy playoffs. Reed, the WR8 in standard leagues, has struggled since Week 9, including a zero-yard performance against Detroit. The Jaguars narrowly beat the Titans 10-6, showcasing Tank Bigsby’s 55 yards and a TD over Travis Etienne, who shifted to passing downs. Miami overcame the Jets 32-26 in OT, highlighted by Aaron Rodgers’ 339 yards and his first 300+ yard game since 2021.

The Vikings dominated the Falcons 42-21 as Kirk Cousins continued his poor form with zero TDs and eight interceptions in four games. New Orleans, now without Derek Carr, secured a 14-11 win over the Giants with Kendra Miller’s 32 yards and a TD, signaling a run-heavy offense. Philadelphia defeated Carolina 22-16, with Adam Thielen standing out as WR13 in standard formats since returning from injury.

The Steelers beat the Browns 27-14 despite George Pickens’ absence due to a hamstring injury. Calvin Austin emerged as a flex option with two TDs in three games. Tampa Bay bested the Raiders 28-13, with Brock Bowers setting a rookie TE record for receptions. Jaxon Smith-Njigba tied Seattle’s record for consecutive 70+ yard games in the Seahawks’ 30-18 win over Arizona.

Josh Allen made history in the Rams’ thrilling 44-42 win over Buffalo, becoming the first player to pass and rush for three TDs each in a regular-season game. The 49ers crushed Chicago 38-13, though Isaac Guerendo’s injury might force a committee approach. Meanwhile, Kansas City narrowly defeated the Chargers 19-17, with Travis Kelce on track for one of his least productive seasons.

Ja’Marr Chase shone in the Bengals’ 27-20 victory over Dallas, leading the league in receptions, yards, and TDs. Finally, other standout performances included Deebo Samuel’s strong history against the Rams, and Patrick Taylor’s potential flex value if Guerendo remains sidelined.

LOOKING AHEAD TO WEEK 15

Key fantasy advice includes starting Matthew Stafford and Deebo Samuel for L.A., Isiah Pacheco for Kansas City, and Joe Burrow, Ja’Marr Chase, and Tee Higgins for Cincinnati. Sleepers like Patrick Taylor (SF), Braelon Allen (NYJ), and Mike Williams (PIT) could provide surprise value. Players like Kareem Hunt and Tyler Conklin remain risky due to TD dependency.

Week 15 promises intrigue, with potential shifts in usage and opportunities across various matchups.
